Region de Mexico like to be different and unique, which is why in the aged tequila category we have 3 versions made under the same principle and method but with the distinction of the type of barrel and maturation time, managing to obtain interesting differentiations in each of them.
AMERICAN OAK: We mature our tequila in American oak barrels for a period of 12 months, obtaining in this version, due to the type of wood, a lighter colored tequila with exotic aromas and flavors such as cocoa, coconut or tobacco.
FRENCH OAK: Maturation in this type of barrel for a period of 12 months, leads us to obtain batches of our aged tequila with a darker color than French oak, the aromas and flavors that can be perceived in general are of the type vanilla, honey, sweet spices and nuts.
COMBINED: After maturing our 100% Blue Agave white tequila in American Oak and French Oak barrels for a period of 18 months, we achieved the perfect combination of aromas and flavors of the Agave itself with wood, obtaining a full-bodied tequila, flavor, color, presence and elegance for the most demanding palates within the exclusive world of Aging.
NOTE: All the aromas, colors or flavors that our tequila obtains are naturally and typical of each barrel, we do not use additives.

Artisanal Elaboration
The cooking of our Agaves takes place in our masonry ovens of great tradition.
Maturation in underground cellar
The maturation of our tequila is done in our own cellars which have the ideal temperature, light and setting for our barrels.
A Tequila Withuot Disguise
We manufacture our tequila with the same "Process" respecting factors such as the Region, Climate, Type of Land, characteristics that we take care of 100% in the preparation of our drink and do not modify or hide them with extra processes or ingredients.
